What is Primera Star?

A new approach to Professional Sports Management.


What We Do:

Account Management based structure for players, guaranteeing a certain amount of time for all clients on career development

Focussed on putting the right player in the right club

How We Do It:

Players:

  • The first thing we do is gain an in-depth understanding of where the player is at in their career, and what has happened previously in their career.
  • We then look at the immediate requirement and what needs to be done, and implement a strategy to achieve this.
  • From here we look at the longer term career objectives and what needs to be done to achieve these objectives. Again a structured plan is put into place to achieve these objectives.
  • We have monthly meetings with all players to ensure the plan is being followed and any changes can be implemented correctly and at the right time.


Clubs:

  • Take time to understand the football philosophy and culture of the club
  • Understand the personnel requirement
  • Put forward players to fulfil the requirement
  • Work with the management staff ongoing to achieve success
